Starting Point is a four-step experience that will help you take your next step at Calvary Church. During Starting Point, you will learn what it means to be a follower of Jesus, discover how you were specifically created by God to advance His kingdom, and get to know us as a church and what we value.

Step 1: The Journey of Following Jesus
Learn about what it means to be a follower of Jesus and how Calvary can help you on your journey.
Step 2: The Church and Making Disciples
Learn about the purpose of the church, God’s plan for a believer’s growth, and how to live life together as the family of God.
Step 3: Giving and Serving
Learn what it means to serve God, discover your purpose and giftings, and understand why we give of our time and resources to expand the kingdom of God.

Learn how you can partner with us to reach Delaware with the love of Jesus!
Starting Point is a one-day class where learn what it’s like to be part of our church family, discover your spiritual gifts, find areas where you can serve on the Dream Team, and get a glimpse into our beliefs, values, and vision! Starting Point takes place on various Saturdays throughout the year and include a continental breakfast, lunch, and childcare.
Starting Point: Online is a great way to participate at your own pace from home! Presented by several pastors and staff, Starting Point: Online is a great way to learn how to get plugged in at Calvary if you are unable to attend an in-person meeting. You should be able to complete Starting Point: Online in a few short hours.
