Planning Center: Groups is how Calvary keeps track of our volunteer rosters (it’s also our main hub for our Community Groups!). Keeping your group up-to-date by adding new volunteers and removing ones who are no longer serving in your ministry is crucial, because it allows us to have their contact info for care and volunteer celebration purposes. You can access your ministry’s Group by clicking HERE.
Planning Center: People is Calvary’s database/address book. It contains contact information for Calvary’s attendees. Dream Team Leaders can use this page to view a volunteer candidate’s profile, as well as to view Workflows.
Workflows are step-by-step processes that help outline certain procedures. For Dream Team Leaders, this is mostly used for Dream Team Interest Workflows. Your ministry’s Interest Workflow contains names of people interested in serving in your ministry.
